BS 9001 — Terms & Conditions: Your Rights & Responsibilities

BS 9001 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the BS 9001 website and mobile platform.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid.

Odds & Results

• All bets are accepted at the displayed odds. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect bets that have already been confirmed.
• The ruling of the relevant sport's official governing body shall be considered final in determining any result.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, BS 9001's decision shall be final and binding.

Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

Each betting market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits in place. These limits may vary depending on the event and market type. BS 9001 reserves the right to adjust the bet limits on any account at any time.
